Install Update Ubuntu 10.04 + VB guest additions + flash player in Virtual box
Learn to install update Ubuntu 10.04, Linux Guest Addition, & Flash player in Virtual Box virtualization software on a Windows based computer.
You need to make your virtual drive in Virtual box then you need to mount your CD ISO or install CD image for Ubuntu in your virtual machine CD storage settings for your newly made VM for Ubuntu.
Click start and follow the install Wizard for Ubuntu. Update Ubuntu in Systems Administration tools.
Install Virtual Box guest additions by going to devices on the VB menu bar then install guest additions menu item.
Guest additions give you higher resolutions in Ubuntu for Virtual box, and improve performance and useability.
Lastly, install Adobe Flash player in Ubuntu software center found under the Applications menu. Type Flash in the search engine and click install adobe flash player.
