A 104-year-old shares his 21 life lessons. This 104-year-old was born in 1920. I had the great honor of interviewing Franz Weiss, the 104-year-old former mayor of Steyr.

Mr. Franz Weiss unfortunately passed away on October 5, 2024 at the age of 105.
Together with my mother as camerawoman, we had the incredible honor of meeting Mr. Weiss on August 17, 2024, and capturing his centennial as part of my peace project "Life Wisdom of Centenarians."
After consultation with his family, the interview has now been published as a reverential eulogy to Mr. Weiss and his 104 years of life.

Life wisdom from centenarians.
I – Daniel Pleunik, a certified nurse – have had the honor of interviewing over 20 centenarians and recording their valuable life stories and wisdom. (As of January 12, 2025)
I conduct these interviews with 100-year-old contemporary witnesses alongside my job as a nurse for three reasons:
1) To contribute to world peace
2) To ensure that history does not repeat itself
3) To encourage young people to be humane, respectful and vigilant through the stories of contemporary witnesses.
