After encountering an approval hurdle with the City for the #construction of a new U-Haul storage facility, the project’s general contractor contacted ISG’s Planning Group for due diligence and permitting assistance. ISG’s involvement started by taking the time to listen to the City and better understand their requirements and concerns. Due diligence helped ISG gain a deeper understanding of the reasons behind the initial approval hurdle, while also bringing forward #opportunities to adjust and ultimately satisfy all requirements and approvals. Through ISG’s swift and comprehensive process, the project obtained City approval of a conditional use permit, as well as the full site and building #permits.
