👋 Hey everyone, I'm diving into a topic that's close to my heart and crucial for anyone in software development — the fear and the power of "Raising Your Hand" during meetings, discussions, and life in general.

For the longest time, I was that person who sat quietly in meetings, classrooms, and team huddles, praying someone else would ask the question that was burning inside me. I accepted what was given to me at face value. Basically a jira-task-processing machine. I was terrified of looking like I didn't know something or have all the answers or maybe I misunderstanding something, maybe my impostor syndrome is not really a syndrome. But, here's the main point: embracing those vulnerabilities is exactly what propels us forward.

In this video, I'm sharing my journey from being a silent observer to someone who actively engages by asking questions, challenging the status quo, and admitting when I don't know something. This behaviour can fundamentally change the dynamics of your team, project, and even your personal growth trajectory.
