[] At 1:46 you can see me going one syllable back but immediately releasing two syllables - with this combo you can apply my "travelling" principle in such a way that at the end of the combo you go one syllable back but then continue to scratch the same one that you started scratching initially. You can also go more than one back. That means, not only you can travel 1 or more syllables back/1 syllable forward at the end of each time you do the combo, but you can travel 1 or more syllables back AND 1 syllable forward at the end of each time you do the combo.
[] 3:38: I've heard people calling this the Fong Fong scratch but I'm not sure that he's the actual inventor of it - can somebody help?
[] You CAN actually do that fully in triplets. I forgot to show. Also material for future tutorials, I guess.
[] Repeating one step of a combo/technique many times and then moving right away into repeating the next step is generally a very legit way to learn stuff. E.g. you can learn to move from continously chirping to continously two-click orbiting before you learn to do the actual 8-sound chirp two click for which you have to switch fader technique very often.
