CELOX P UHD with DNL Distribution Belt
This NEWTEC Celox P-UHD Optical Size and Quality Grader is grading washed potatoes of white, yellow and red skins using Ultra High Definition Cameras giving accurate and fast size and blemish grading according to the operators filter settings. It is possible to have up to 12 size / grade outlets and 1 waste outlet on standard Optical Graders to give you a wide range of size and quality grades to best suit your packing requirements.
Depending upon the average potato size, outputs of up to 30 tons per hour are possible, per grader. The smaller the potato size, the lower the output capacity. Potatoes can be graded down to 20mm in diameter and up to 100mm diameter and 300mm long.
