NEWTEC 4014XB 1 Weigher with PEB60KL Double Bagger System
DNL Australia recently installed this NEWTEC 4014XB-1 Weigher with NEWTEC PEB60KL Double Wicket Bagger with Kwik Lok Bag Closing machines for the packing of washed potatoes in 1-5kg bags. The NEWTEC 4014XB-1 Weigher is capable of weighing from 1kg to 25kg in a single portion (dump) and is capable of weighing speeds of 80+ 1kg portions per minute and up to 20 x 25kg portions per minute (subject to product and product characteristics). This weigher is ideal for potatoes, onions, citrus etc where a wide range of portion sizes are packed off the one line.
The NEWTEC PEB60KL Double Wicket Bagger is a fast, reliable and easy to operate bagger for pre-made wicket bags in the 1-5kg range and bags are closed using the Kwik Lok Tag or Label. Bagging speeds of up to 50 bpm can be acheived on 2.5kg sized portions.
