Newtec HBC-4M RPC Crate Filling - Potatoes
This simple system, the NEWTEC HBC-4M RPC Crate / Box Filler can be added to one end of most Newtec PCS (Cross-Conveyors) systems in order to bulk fill RPC Crates or Boxes with 5-10-15kg portions of Onions or Potatoes or similar produce. The empty RPC Crate is stopped in the "first" filling position, where the portion is part filled, then the RPC Crate is advanced to the "second" filling position where the balance of the portion is filled, in order to fill the Crate as evenly as possible. The HBC-4M shown in this video is the NEWTEC 4015-B2 Weigher filling 10kg of Potatoes.
