NEWTEC's latest weigher the NEWTEC 4012-B2 is paired up with 2 of the latest CB-148 D-Bag Automatic Welding Machines from DAUMAR to give a highspeed CITRUS packing option with bagging speeds up to 32 bags per side or up to 64 bags per minute in total. The DAUMAR CB-148 is capable of making D-Bag and DAUSAC bags from 0.5kg up to 5kg size. This combination is ideal for your highspeed bagging of lemons, limes, oranges, mandarins etc while handling your produce delicately due to its horizontal design. Options such as Direct Thermal Transfer Printing are available. The DAUMAR CB-148 incorporates a colour LCD touch-screen with intuitive software. The CB-148 also allows for remote diagnostics via a built-in Ethernet Port.
DAUMAR's CB-148 makes the elegant D-Pack bag, a stand-up Net Bag for fresh produce, offering great presentation to the consumer as well as a convenient Carry Handle to pick up the bag.
