Clever Tray Denesting with servo Pick and Place
C Series- three Tray Denester-placer denesting trays onto a Multivac chain and peg infeed. Speed capability of to at least 150 trays/min with extremely low cost of ownership to the customer, by using high performance servo drives and heavily engineered ergonomic design and construction.
The C Series has removed labour previously hand feeding trays, and has the flexibility to run plastic trays that the previous scroll type denesters wouldn't run,, card trays and foils all on the same machine, with changeovers taking only 3 or 4 minutes.
