Denesting Coleslaw tubs
The A Series-three was installed to replace an operator manually placing tubs onto the packing line at 80/min. With three magazines, the A Series maximises the time in between loading tubs, and is size changed by a trained operator in two or three minutes, reducing line downtime. Equipped with a touch screen HMI, the machine can be fully configured in engineer mode, and some, or all functions can be password protected.
