Denesting foil trays for pies
This application called for a solution for denesting foil trays into the platen infeed conveyors of both Baynflax and Mate make up lines. Covering a range of three tray sizes the A Series Tray denester gently picks and places the trays into the infeed. The A Series replaced a manual operation and has increased production levels and increased overall line efficiency.
