Reach out to individuals - specifically the ones who are hyper-engaged - wherever you can. Email, other platforms, messaging, whatever you've got, use it to get in touch.
Get an email messaging platform started, one where you "own" the platform rather than using another service to host your group. And consider a cutoff point where you'll let the old group go (if it isn't reinstated) and start new with your most engaged fans.
