1. Post quality work. Quality must come first - anything you lay on top of shit won't grow. So make sure the work is good (and valuable) first.
2. Community matters. Get involved with both your current followers AND with your target audience. Be personal, DM, respond to comments, etc...
3. Think about your distribution - getting in front of wider audiences. Figure out where your potential customers hang out and be there.
