How to Highlight Different Values in a Row in Excel
Several of my viewers have recently asked for tips to highlight the difference in values with a Row for an Excel worksheet.
Here, I demonstrate how to use the Go To Special Dialog Box - Row Differences. In this example I want to compare the on-hand quantity for inventory as registered by my Point-of-sale computer compared to hand counts. This is necessary to complete an annual audit of inventory.
Beginning with Excel 2007, you can both Sort and Filter by Color - I demonstrate both of these techniques.
