Before you can edit, format, cut or cop a range of cells in Excel, you must first select this range.

In technique #1. I show you how to efficiently select cells in a contiguous range of cells.
For the second technique, I show you how to take advantage of the Go To Special Dialog Box, to select cells that contain Numeric Formulas.
