Do you ever need to rearrange the order of your columns in an Excel Data Set? For example, to move the Employee Field to Column A in order to perform a VLOOKUP()?
Rather than using the familiar "Insert Column, Cut Colum, Paste Column" procedure, I demonstrate how to Sort your Data Set "Horizontally" to accomplish this result more efficiently.
Other techniques that I demonstrate in this video include:
1) Sorting your data using "built-in" Custom Lists - e.g. Months of the Year
2) Creating your own Custom Lists in Excel
3) Sorting by Cell Icon - introduced in Excel 2007
