How to make boxed mac & cheese during kitchen renovations!
Did you know you could make boxed mac & cheese in your Instant Pot? After a few weeks without a kitchen, I’ve had to get creative with how I cook things. No need to drain! Bonus: the instant pot liner makes a great dishwashing tub for easy cleanup. I’m sold!
Method:
🧀 1.5 cups water for each box of mac
🧀 Cook on high pressure for 3 mins, then do a 3 min natural pressure release.
🧀 Add cheese mix & butter as per usual. (I find I don’t need milk because the starchy water serves that purpose).
