Do mini cheesecakes need a water bath,
Ingredients,
Digestive biscuits
Melted butter
Cheese cake Recipe
Cream cheese 340gm
Sugar 70gm
Corn flour 12gm
Vanilla 2drop
Laban or yoghurt 45gm
Whole egg 1pcs
Beet cream cheese and sugar 10 minutes
Add egg mix slowly for 2 minutes
Mix laban,vanilla,corn flour together
Add last and mix another 2 minutes
Bake at 150C
30 minutes
