all purpose flour 250gm
yeast 7gm
salt 3gm
soft butter 40gm
sugar 35gm
cold water 125ml
whole egg 1ps
mix all ingredients together for 8-10 minutes,
i saw the recipe mixing buy machine same recipe you can mix by hand as well,
give a rest for 10 minutes ,
after rest the dough you can sheet or roll it as you like
