Classic french toast
Toast milk
Cream 50ml
Milk 125ml
Egg yolk 3nos
Sugar 10gm
Mix all ingredients well,
Strain the milk
Heat up the pan 160C
Sock the bread in milk both side well
Toast it until get golden color ,
Serve with honey ,maple syrup ,berries ,whipping cream , as you liketo enjoy your french toast ,
