Update on the Readiness to Train Assessment Tool (RTAT)
From September 2020 through February 2021, CPCA encouraged all health centers to participate in the Readiness to Train Assessment Tool (RTAT). The survey, developed by Community Health Center Inc., assesses health center readiness to engage in health professions training programs. The survey results will be used to develop T/TA as part of the HRSA Health Professions Education and Training (HP-ET) Initiative. In June 2021, CPCA received the first set of RTAT data analysis.
