Ingredients:
2 cups Oyster mushrooms, sliced
2 cups fettuccine or preferred pasta
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
3. Add Oyster mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender.
4. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan until a smooth sauce forms.
6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and
pepper.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
