Eryngii Mushroom Sauté
Ingredients:
2 cups Eryngii mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
3. Add Eryngii mushrooms and cook until they're browned and tender.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
