Ingredients:
2 cups Shiitake mushroom caps
1 cup slaw mix (cabbage and carrot)
8 small tortillas
2 tbsp chipotle sauce
1 avocado, sliced
Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush mushroom caps with olive oil.
2. Grill mushrooms for 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Slice grilled mushrooms and place on tortillas.
4. Top with slaw, avocado, and drizzle with chipotle sauce.
