This video details how to tune a hidden FM audio subcarrier (in this case, a radio reading service for the visually impaired) using an RTL-SDR USB and SDR# (SDR Sharp) software. The radio station depicted in this video is 89.5 WITF-FM Harrisburg, PA. The subcarrier is frequency modulated (i.e., an FM signal within an FM signal) at 67 kHz.
