RECIPE ;
500g boneless chicken, cut into very small pieces
4 shallots
2 garlic cloves
2cm ginger
2cm lengkuas
1 stalk lemongrass
2tsp turmeric powder
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp cumin powder
2tbsp sugar (to taste)
Salt to taste
25-30 pcs bamboo skewers
**The best is marinade the chicken for overnight to get more tender and juicy satay.
