CLAYPOT CHICKEN RICE

This clay pot chicken rice is so addictive! Beyond the greatness of the tender and moist chicken, the rice absorbs all the extract from the mushrooms and chicken grease, and is then seasoned with oyster sauce. It is SO good! My recipe teaches you the easiest way to create a super flavorful one-pot dinner with a clay pot or rice cooker.

Recipe;
Ingredients for marination,
1 chicken cut into small pieces (1kg)
2tbsp dark soy sauce (kicap pekat)
3tbsp light soy sauce
3tbsp oyster sauce
1½tbsp sesame oil
1tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
2tbsp corn flour *Allow to marinade at least 2 hours. Overnight marination can get more tender and juicy chicken.
2 cup Jasmine rice (washed and soaked 20mins)
2.5 cup water
Shiitake mushrooms
Spring onions.
Serve hot with chili padi and ENJOY!!
