Recipe :-
For soup,
• cinnamon, anise star, clove
• lemon grass - 1
• Ginger & Garlic paste - 1tbsp
• onions - 1 large
• tomato - 1 large
• carrot and tomato - (optional)
• chicken stock - 2 cubes
• coriander powder - 1tsp
• tumeric powder - 2 tsp
• cumin powder - 1 tsp
• salt - if needed
For Rice,
• butter - 1 tbsp
• cinnamon - 1
• lemon grass - 1
• Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
• onion - little bit
• rice - according your preferenc
• use chicken soup to cook rice
( Measurement = 1 cup rice = 2 cup soup )
For chilli sauce,
• red chilli - 3
• cili padi - 2
• garlic - 4
• tomato - half
• onion - half
• salt - to taste
• vinegar or lime juice - 1 tbsp
• sugar - if needed
