A performer is feeling upset for lack of support. Limited resources are in fact a reality. How do you coach someone through this common dilemma?

Questions for reflection as you watch:
Does the coach make the employee feel welcome?
Does the coach project listening and understanding?
Does the coach expose blind spots for the coachee?

Notice how jumping too soon to options shuts down thinking.
Notice how important it is to ask strong Goal and Reality questions before jumping to Options.
