Stuffed Tomatoes with rice
Benoit is preparing stuffed tomatoes, with rice. It's a very easy, yummee dish. Easy like a sunday morning.
Recipe for 4 :
4 large tomatoes to be stuffed
1lb of sausage meat
1 medium size onion, chopped
8oz rice, washed
33fl oz chicken broth
1 bunch of chopped parsley
4T olive oil
Try it with a cool rosé wine.
