What Proof Do You Need for a New York Hardship License Privilege?

You are arrested for a DWI, if you took a breath or a blood test or refused testing then you will be facing a driver's license suspension.
The NYS DMV DWI conditional and hardship licenses are most definitely a confusing matter. Basics to bring to court to PROVE hardship are:
1. Employment Proof
2. Hours and Times (schedule)
3. Distances/bus schedules/negative proof
Prove "No reasonable alternative means of transportation"
The laws, the statutes, the integration or lack thereof between the Courts and the DMV, and lastly the practical application make it a mess to understand. In this video I shed some much needed light upon how to get a Hardship Privilege License in New York State.
