This video is about the sobriety tests that the police can give you in New York State. Remember that all the outside field tests are completely voluntary (you can refuse them with little to no penalty) but refusing the inside breath, blood, and urine tests can have big consequences to your license privileges (in NYS and elsewhere as well).
The police (law enforcement) in New York State can pick your sample (blood, breath, and/or urine). They can pick the test. They can even decide to give you more than one test.
