Can You Flip Off the Cops? Legally

This video is about whether you can legally give the cops your middle finger. This was a recent sixth circuit decision where a woman got pulled over for speeding. The police officer proceeded to give her a road side reduction to a non-speed, but she was obviously still pissed off because she gave the cop the finger when he got back to his car.
Officer pulled her over a second time, he then changed the ticket back to a speeding ticket. Court ruled that the second stop for the middle finger salute was UN-constitutional because she has a first amendment right to flip the bird to whomever she wants to.
Never a good idea to use your middle finger, especially in any police and/or traffic situation. People don't like to be told to f.. off. You do have a right to express yourself just do it carefully.
