This video will show you how to improve and fix a low resolution photo. The techniques used will work with most versions of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. If you don't have the capability of layer masks in your software, you can use the eraser tool
instead, although if you do your work will no longer be on-destructive.
Just use the eraser tool on the Work Layer.
