IT'S HUGE! Giant Alligator Gar!

Fishing with Allyse we managed to catch and release an absolutely massive alligator gar on a remote Texas river. and not only did we catch one we landed another one even larger right after wards.
The Alligator Gar is the second largest freshwater fish in north America and its species has been on the planet for over 100 million years since the beginning of the cretaceous period making them a true living dinosaur that has survived the test of time.
i know this is one of my longer videos but there isnt that much content on alligator gar and i like telling the whole story.
