🟡 Introduction
The two Adams – Adam and Christ – reveal the eternal consequences of disobedience and obedience in God’s redemptive plan.
🔵 Sinfulness in Adam, Righteousness in Christ
Adam’s disobedience brought sin and death to all humanity, as he was the covenant head of mankind. Christ’s obedience and sacrifice brought righteousness to God’s people under the covenant of grace.
🟣 “One Trespass, One Act of Righteousness”
Adam’s one act of disobedience led to condemnation for all men, while Christ’s one act of righteousness brought justification to many.
🟡 Condemnation Through Adam, Justification Through Christ
Adam’s sin resulted in condemnation for all, while Christ’s righteousness is counted to believers, granting them justification.
🟢 Conclusion
Salvation is entirely God's work through Christ's perfect obedience, calling us to trust in Him alone, live in gratitude, and share the good news with others.
