The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been ordered by the Abuja division of the Federal High Court to respond to a new lawsuit seeking to disqualify Bola Tinubu, the candidate for president of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), for allegedly violating Section 90(3) of the Electoral Act.
A Civil Rights Group, Center for Reform and Public Advocacy, has served a 7-day ultimatum on the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA to arrest and prosecute the Presidential candidate of the All Progresdives Congress APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu over alleged hard drug and money laundering related offences
