3. Takda limit.
4. Very liquid.
5. Minimum deposit sangat rendah iaitu RM2.
6. Selamat
Cons TH:
1. Tiada capital appreciation.
2. Asset allocation.
4. Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB)
Pros AHB:
1. Good performance /steady dividend income.
2. Dah tolak zakat.
3. Semi-annual dividend payout.
4. Very high liquidity
5. Fixed price unit
6. Diversification
Cons AHB:
1. Closed ended fund jadi unit sangat terhad.
2. Tiada capital appreciation.
