Hi everyone, in today’s video aku akan deep dive on PRS dan apa yang kau patut tahu sebelum kau invest dalam PRS.
PRS ni stand for Private Retirement Scheme di mana iainya diperkenalkan oleh our Bossku iaitu former PM back in 2012. PRS ni is a voluntary scheme structure by private sector fund providers yang berlesen dan approved by SC. Secara mudahnya PRS ni macam unit trust funds yang ada incentive seperti tax relief tapi dia akan lock capital kau sampai umur 55 tahun sama macam EPF.
Jenis-jenis PRS pula terbahagi kepada dua iaitu core funds dan non core funds.Core funds ni boleh dipecahkan kepada 3 iaitu growth fund, moderate fund dan conservative fund.
Kelebihan invest dalam PRS?
1. Tax relief of up to RM3000 setiap tahun
2. Minimal sales charge
3. Safety
Kekurangan invest dalam PRS?
1. Not liquid.
2. High Management Fees
