TO MAKE RED VELVET PUDDING :
Ingredients -
For Cake Preparation :-
Wet Ingredients:-
Butter -1/3rd cup
Luke warm milk - 3/4th cup
White vinegar -1 teaspoon
Vanilla essence -1teaspoon
Red liquid /gel food colour- 3/4th table spoon.
Dry ingredients:-
All purpose flour(maida) -1 cup
Cocoa powder- 1 table spoon
Salt - 1/4th tea spoon
Baking powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda-1/4th teaspoon
Powder sugar - 3/4th cup
*For Icing:-
Chilled whipping cream-2 cups
Cream cheese-1/2 cup
Note:- Whipping cream used in icing already contains sugar, but you can add more according to your preference.
Instead of milk and vinegar solution, you can also use curd.
You can also use salted butter instead of unsalted butter, but in this case skip adding the mentioned amount of salt.
Bake it from 170℃ for 20-25 minutes or 180℃ for 20-25 minutes, according to your oven's temperature.
