All purpose flour (maida ) - 1cup
Rice flour -1/4 cup
Cuminseeds (jeera) -1tea spoon
Ginger and green chilli pest -1tea spoon
Chopped onion- 1/2 cup
soda- 1teaspoon
Curd (yogurt) 1/2 cup
Garlic clove -1 no
Ginger 1 inch
For peanut chutney:-
Green chillie - 1or 2
Curry leaves 4-5
tea spoon curd
Water - as required
For tadka :-
Mustered seed - 1tea spoon
Red chilli - 1
Curry leaves -4
