easy PIZZA DOUGH recipe and PIZZA SAUCE
Perfect Italian pizza - with this easy dough recipe, pizza sauce and topping examples you can bake your own perfect pizza. Classic with mozzarella, tomatoes and basil or my personal favorite artichoke, onion, pepperoni - either way delicious. Enjoy!
Dough:
460g flour (tipo 00)
40g semolina
250ml water
10g salt
20g fresh yeast
Sauce:
olive oil
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp tomato past
350ml sieved tomatoes
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
