This is the first video from Kung Fu Sweden in our series of applications from the Wing Chun Long Pole Form or Luk Dim Boon Kwun Taolu. Like in any other martial arts style such as Karate, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, MMA or UFC there are also in Kung Fu (including Wing Chun) a plethora of throwing techniques and take downs. In this video we're showing a technique popularized by Tai Chi which is called Waving Hands like Clouds.
