In this video, we show you an application of wooden dummy on how to make sure your opponent knows that "no means no!" on the dance floor! Using the movements from the fifth section of the wooden dummy form, you can smash someone's knee and twist the elbow out of recognition, crushing your opponent within micro seconds!
