Super Mario Bros. 3 SNES: World 1-2
Near the beginning of this level, there are two pipes that are constantly releasing Goombas, if you're Raccoon Mario at that moment, you can try to keep bouncing on the oncoming Goomba.
Jumping on enough of them in a row will start netting out 1-UPs. Unfortunately I couldn't keep this up for long.
