When we walk through our lives, we always think that our eyes are free to look ahead and we can see what is coming and act accordingly. In truth, we are more like rowers in a boat, sitting with our backs to the front. We have an excellent view of the things we just have left behind. If we look to the side, we can see where we are at the moment, which places we are passing at the moment.
We become clear about what has worked well and what we therefore want to preserve and strengthen in the future by reflecting on what we can improve and how we can avoid making mistakes in the future. And by thinking about what we want to try out, hoping that this will strengthen our future course.
By now we are already in the middle of a RETROSPECTIVE, in a continuous improvement process ... or in Kaizen ... or at Inspect and Adapt.
I invite you to deep dive into the process of a retrospective. Together and during an one hour workshop we'll explore the individual as well as organisational impact of a retrospective.

This is a lecture series where industry and research experts give talks about topics in the modern development area.
Join our Lectures@Home series to learn about various interesting topics in different parts of the modern development area, e.g. Cloud Computing.
The lecture series will be hosted every 2 weeks on Thursday via Microsoft Teams. Each slot lasts about 2 hours and consists of the lecture and a discussion round.
This event is for everyone who wants to learn about current state-of-the-art topics in industry and research. Usually no prior knowledge is required!
The sessions are held in German or English, depending on the lecturer’s preference.
