What Will Nintendo Do for Zelda's 40th Anniversary? (3D Zelda, Ocarina of Time Remake?)
2026 is a year full of Nintendo Anniversaries, but the one that's likely to be the most active and important for the company is the 40th Anniversary of The Legend of Zelda. Nintendo hasn't gone all-out for Zelda's past anniversaries, but with a Zelda Movie coming in 2027, it might make sense for them to pick up the marketing pace and go crazy for this milestone. In this video, I discuss all of the possibilities for Zelda's 40th. Will we just see remasters and remakes? Could we see a spinoff game? Is there ANY chance we get a glimpse at the next 3D Zelda for the Switch 2? And how does MonolithSoft play into all of this? I'll talk about all of these topics in this video.
