Resident Evil Requiem's Disjointed Structure is Its Strength (Review)
After a long wait, the long-awaited Resident Evil Requiem finally released this past February. While reactions to the game have been mostly glowing, some fans have expressed displeasure with the game's dual protagonist structure and disjointed gameplay -- but I find that to be one of its greatest strengths. In this "review", I discuss why the Grace and Leon are greater than the sum of their parts, and why Requiem wouldn't have been such a great game without the combination of them.
