My WORST crash EVER [S1-E9]
I'm thrilled to meet up with Diogo Guerra of Off Road-Off Course in the off road adventure playground of Portugal.
After setting my bike up for me, Diogo explains the theory behind the techniques of off road riding, in a clear and understandable way so that everything just makes sense. We then hit the trails, riding endless dirt tracks, putting my new knowledge in to practice.
If you've been following me, you'll know that I have a habit of taking a spill on my bike. This adventure was no exception and I went down... hard. My worst yet by far. I'm still at the stage where nothing is done on autopilot. Everything is a thought process followed by the action, so even though I'm not physically tired, my poor brain soon becomes exhausted. Practice is the only fix for this.
